Ben Stiller is an American comedian, actor, producer, film director and writer. He is actually one of my favourite comedians; seriously the guy is really funny. My most favourite film he’s ever directed and starred in has got to be Zoolander, if you haven’t seen it yet you got to, its f*cking hilarious.
Ben Stiller also heads up The Stiller Foundation that he created to help the people of Haiti in the aftermath of their devastating earthquake and has pledged to build eight new schools in Haiti using the funds he’s raised through his charitable organization. Eight new schools are quite a lot, it’s so inspiring to see such a great comedian helping out people in need.
Stiller is hosting benefits and auctions to increase the amount of donations for the construction of the schools to aid in his mission to rebuild the country.
Recently Stiller returned to Haiti, during that return he revealed that he had signed off on a joint venture with the local telecoms bosses to finally full fill his pledge in the construction of new education facilities.
