Devoted fans of Beyonce, who was preparing to tape a special (details of which are still slightly fuzzy), lined up to get a quick glimpse of the singer in London yesterday. She treated her faithful fans to a classy meal of pizza and water — a little something to tide over their rumbly-tumblies as they continued to endure the long hours in line.Beyonce ordered 200 pizzas and a boatload of bottled water for her peeps. The Beyonce-fans were ecstatic to see the foodstuffs arrive — and I bet once they learned it was actually for them they were absolutely thrilled. [Because there’s nothing worse than someone walking DIRECTLY toward you with a wonderful-smelling box of pizza that they’re NOT going to share with you. Torture.] I think it’s wonderful when celebs — especially singers who have fans that weather storms and scale mountains to see them perform — acknowledge their fanbase. And what better way to do that than through the stomach! Other singers/performers have been known to do this type of thing as well, including Lady Gaga.
