Botox Mom Kerry Campbell Says Story Was a Hoax For Money!

If you were shocked and outraged that “Botox Mom” Kerry Campbell said she was injecting her eight-year-old daughter with Botox for beauty pageants, then you were not alone. Rage went across the internet and the world as she revealed that her daughter felt she had wrinkles.

She admitted to getting the Botox from a trusted source and said that she injected her daughter herself with the “safe” treatments. Now that CPS has taken her daughter away, the woman, whose real name is Sheena Upton is coming forward with the truth.

She said that she was approached by The Sun and paid a couple hundred dollars to read a script for her “interview”. After that went viral, she was approached by Good Morning America and Inside Edition. She claims that GMA paid her a whopping $10,000 for her appearance on the show.

In her declaration, Sheena said, “The truth is I have never given my daughter Botox, nor allowed her to get any type of waxing, nor is she a beauty pageant contestant.”

Sheena’s daughter underwent a complete physical examination to ensure that she was telling the truth and not really injecting her with Botox. The doctors found that she had never been injected and CPS has since returned her to her mother.

Wow, I know we’re in the middle of a recession, but what won’t people do when a skeezy tabloid dangles a couple hundred dollars under their noses? Why on Earth does she think it’s okay to make up a story to cause so much outrage for a measly $200? The $10,000 given to her by GMA was probably just icing on the cake. Once it got serious, she was probably like, ‘This wasn’t supposed to happen, I have to tell the truth.’

So much for honesty in reporting!
