Charlie Sheen’s New TV Show — ‘Anger Management’

Charlie Sheen's New TV Show -- 'Anger Management'

Charlie Sheen may have been kicked off the hit show Two and a Half Men, but the actor has already landed himself a new gig, a new TV show that will be loosely based on the movie Anger Management. The movie originally starred Jack Nicholson as the main character, and supposedly Sheen is set to portray that same character in the new series.

The project is still in the negotiations stage of development, but is backed by super producer Joe Roth, who also produced the 2003 movie. As of yet, the new show has no networks lined-up to air the show, but hopes to have one soon. Hmm. Sounds like they have a strong plan with this one.

Sheen’s character will stray somewhat from Nicholson’s character in that Charlie’s will be an ex-jock with a master’s degree in social work who becomes a counselor to people with anger management issues. Of course, Sheen’s character will have anger issues of his own to deal with as well as, I’m sure, that little-dose-of-extra-crazy-psycho that only Sheen can deliver.

Are you looking forward to seeing Charlie back in action?
