Christina Aguilera, 30, who recently split from her husband Jordan Bratman feels that everytime there is story about her in the press there is a negative spin put on it. She also feels she is constantly under a microscope with the press watching her every move. Christina who was recently arrested for public intoxication says she becomes frustrated by it all but does not let it get her down.
“We’re only able to be seen through the microscope of the media and what people gossip about,” she said. “You take the good with the bad. It’s by telling our stories, sharing our experiences and really giving a first hand look at us as human beings [that shows] who we really are apart from what we seem to be.”
Since her marriage to Jordan Bratman broke up last year, Christina has been under a noticeable strain. Meanwhile Christina pictured above has made her first public appearance since her recent drunken arrest. She appeared at a press conference for her new reality show The Voice in Los Angeles. She has signed a deal with NBC to appear in the programme, which aims to find musical talent.
