Demi Lovato , 18, who took a break from her amazing singing and acting career to attend an unnamed clinic in the US state of Illinois to be treated for “emotional and physical issues has new emotional heartache. It is being reported today that Demi has split from her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, 31. The pair were first linked to each other late last year but couldn’t take things further because Demi entered rehab and then when she got out of rehab they were observed being very affectionate towards one another.
Not only has Demi had to cope with her split with Wilmer but her mother Dianna Hart de la Garza was recently admitted to rehab. Her mother was one of her biggest supporters when Demi was in rehab.
Page six further reports: “It has been a tough year for Demi, and her mom has been a constant source of support. But fame has also taken its toll on her family. Now [that] Demi is strong again, her mom could take some time to deal with her own issues.”
A rep for Demi refused to comment but people believe the age difference was a main factor in Demi’s split with Wilmer. They were both in different places in their life.
