Jon Hamm was out and about on Saturday while talking a leisurely stroll with his longtime love, Jennifer Westfield, and their pooch in Los Felix, California on Saturday.
That man’s like a fine wine… just gets better with age…. Oh ya – so I wonder if our main leading man on the AMC series knows the direction in which his character will go?
Well we know what creator Matthew Weiner had to say recently: “I always felt like it would be the experience of human life. And human life has a destination. It doesn’t mean Don’s gonna die. What I’m looking for, and how I hope to end the show, is like … It’s 2011. Don Draper would be 84 right now. I want to leave the show in a place where you have an idea of what it meant and how it’s related to you,” he said.
I found it very interesting for him to say, but it also kind of made perfect sense, seeing Don as an old man thinking back on all those years, regrets and memories guiding him through. Isn’t it what we do everyday?
