Lindsay Lohan is being arraigned right now on her felony theft charge. Immediately after Lindsay pleaded ‘not guilty’ the Judge – Keith Schwartz – let her have it with both barrels telling the upset Lindsay ‘things will be different this time’ referring to that fact that she is charged with a serious felony.
Judge Schwartz further lambasted Lindsay by reminding her “You’re no different than anyone else – please don’t push your luck.” Bail was set by the Judge at $20,000 and came with a stern warning: “If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be no bail.”
Lindsay was ordered not to from contact the jewelry store that she allegedly robbed during the case. One thing for sure – Lindsay better walk that line from now on if she wants to stay free.
