Reality star Kim Kardashian can walk along the Hollywood Walk of Fame for as long as she wants, but unless she develops some discernible talent over night, she’ll never get her own star! Ha!
Kim will have a long line of reality stars behind her, if she ever plans on paying that $30,000 for the honor. The Hollywood Walk of Fame VP, Ana Martinez, said this will never happen. In a Q&A session on Facebook, she said, “Someone asked if we give reality show characters stars? Hell to the No!”
I am laughing so hard that I’m dying here. That is just too funny. Kudos to Ana for keeping it real. She went on to reveal that those who wish to secure a nomination for a star have to have longevity in the field of entertainment, awards and philanthropic work.
So that counts out a lot of people who are basically famous for being famous, doesn’t it? Having someone film you in your every day life does not constitute any type of real accomplishment, does it? It’s not like you can put that on a job application.
