Kim Kardashian isn’t used to other people trying to exploit her body shamelessly like she does, so it must have come as a surprise when she found out that a group called Terrace Martin and Devi Dev were trying to pass off her boobs on their album cover!
The silver painted breasts shot was from the cover of the “art” issue of W magazine. The music producers lifted the cover shot of the reality star and put it on their album, Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP.
Kim’s lawyers went into attack mode, sending the artists a cease and desist letter. The attorney said, “We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission.”
The group responded quickly, by replacing the Kim photo with another woman’s boobs. They claimed that they had no idea the boobs in the photo belonged to Kim. Kim has license to use her boobs for her own gain, but not for anyone else’s.
Devi Dev said, “We didn’t even know they were her boobies because obviously I don’t recognize her by her nipples.”
