Lady Gaga joins Jamie Foxx, Mark Jackson, and other celebs who have apparently been linked to a drug cartel.
Federal law enforcement authorities have discovered that criminal masterminds are business associates and friends of these celebrities. While investigating and taking apart a drug ring, the DEA arrested Warren Braithwaite, who it turns out has serious associations with the celebs. Now everyone famous that ever had an interaction with Braithwaite and the other alleged criminals in the network is eligible to become part of the investigation.
This is a really shocking revelation, especially with people like Jamie Foxx and Lady Gaga getting linked to what seem to be career criminals. It’s not going to put them in good light when it comes to press reports, especially if more negative crimes are linked to these drug kingpins. This could also be just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to celebrities that called Braithwaite a friend, and more names could be released in the near future.
As recently as June, Foxx and Braithwaite had been spending time together, and even if he knew nothing about the criminal background that the DEA is alleging Braithwaite has, it could complicate matters if Foxx has to testify about parties or luxuries that he enjoyed with him.
