Lindsay Lohan Given A Year To Complete Probation

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today for her progress hearing in her jewelry theft case and the judge, Stephanie Sautner, warned her that she needs to complete her probation within a year!

After two months, Lindsay has only completed four days of her 60 day sentence for community service. The judge is obviously frustrated with Lindsay, saying, “I’m not going to give her five extra minutes. I don’t want to hear, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie.'”

Oh snap! This judge definitely has Lindsay’s number, doesn’t she?

The judge was also upset that Lindsay hasn’t enrolled herself in psychological counseling, because it’s a requirement of her probation. She was given 21 days to sign up with a personal counselor.

The judge made it very clear that if Lindsay doesn’t get her life straightened out and get things taken care of, she will definitely revoke her probation.

Should Lindsay do jail time if she can’t get her act together? Or is the judge just giving her the chance to redeem herself? What do you think?
