On Tuesday, it was revealed that a man by the name of Stephen Clark had launched a lawsuit against rehabbed actress, Lindsay Lohan, over her failure to pay for speaker installation. He took her to small claims court for the $1,180 bill. When that didn’t trigger any response, he even went as far as calling her a “born druggie”.
Apparently that did just the trick, because Lindsay has forked over the dough and possibly enough for him to say that he was at fault. Wait, what?!??
He emailed her a nice reminder the first time around. He said, “Hi Lindsay! Well, I sent you two invoices and several BBMs and texts. I have never heard back from you. So I guess you just aren’t going to pay for my labor or your equipment. I am sorry, but I cannot let that much money go.”
Lindsay got back to him, saying, “Sorry! I will have it to you this wk! I’m changing business managers and such so I’m trying to handle it asap.”
After some time passed, he didn’t hear anything else from her. So he got frustrated and ripped into her, saying, “You’re a RECOVERING addict who goes to the santa monica probation dept. Should I share this as well? You’re a born druggie!”
Now, he’s tucking his tail in between his legs and taking the blame. He now says, “She paid and I canceled the small claims file. Lindsay is actually really nice and I think my invoice got mixed up or something…It’s all good now!”
Uh huh.
