Lindsay Lohan has been granted a temporary restraining order against her stalker! All I can say is “Thank you, thank you, thank you” to that judge, because all of us here at Celeb Dirty Laundry really can’t be worrying about a stressed out LiLo as we head into summer.
Last Thursday, the Los Angeles Superior Judge granted the restraining order against David Cocordan–the man who, as reported by Lindsay in her court filing, has been leaving heart-shaped boxes of chocolate on her doorstep and sending her sexually explicit text messages.
Cocordan is believed to be schizophrenic and emotionally unstable.
Recently–just this past month–Lindsay was sentenced to four months of jail time after stealing a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. store; however, she’s expected to serve only 15-20 days of her overall sentence, which will most likely consist entirely of house arrest.
