“Being outside in nature is so freeing for me,” the California girl adds. “And whenever I really focus on something – whether it’s surfing, biking, or cooking – that’s how I de-stress. But I also love the challenge. Riding my motorcycle builds my self-esteem and confidence.”
“It’s funny that I’m the one giving advice now,” says the 32-year-old, “I’ve been turning to SHAPE for workout tips since I was 20. I really hope I can inspire other women to be the best that they can be.”
