I’d say that this lawsuit really couldn’t happen to a nicer person! After seeing the havoc that Frank Sorrentino unleashed on him, The Situation is firing back with a lawsuit!
Frank went on an expletive-filled rant aimed at his son, after getting rejected for help with paying his medical bills. Reportedly, the younger Sorrentino told his father to move to Florida and get on welfare. Stay classy, you.

The Sitch filed a lawsuit in Miami on Monday, claiming that his father is illegally using his name and likeness on his website, TheConfrontationSite.com. Furthermore, he claims that his father is trying to damage his business reputation by posting said videos on his website.
In addition, Mike says that his dad’s business parter is a ripoff artist. Mike is asking a judge to put the kibosh on his father’s use of his name and likeness on his website. He is also seeking damages.
Take that! You know, I can’t say that I blame The Situation for this lawsuit. His father is an epic douchebag and he deserves to be smacked down in a courtroom. What do you think?
