Adam Case was a fellow patient at Betty Ford Centre when Lindsay Lohan had the fight with employee Dawn Holland upon her return to the center. You see it was Adam with whom Lindsay was with allegedly drinking and it was Adam who witnessed the fight!
So far Adam has given police a big fat zero to use against Lindsay – when he was interviewed that night right after the fight he sided with Lindsay totally. The cops returned the next day and again Adam stood up for Lindsay. The Palm Desert cops were convinced that Lindsay was drinking in the hotel room, and they think Adam should be their star witness – as it was his hotel room. They also believe Adam saw Lindsay attack Holland.
Bad luck for police – in a third interview Adam said he did not see Lindsay drink any alcohol and he refused to get a copy of his hotel bill police requested. Police pushed further inquiring as to what happened in his hotel room and Adam said Lindsay spent an hour-and-a-half dying her hair, then hung out with him and a few other friends.
Looks like Adam won’t be much of a witness for the police, will he?
