During Charlie Sheen’s 36-hour binge that ended him up at  Cedars-Sinai Hospital he told people he wanted to be the head of a HUGE “porn family.”    The family would consist of his favorite adult stars and would live in a mansion down the street from his own house.  Apparently during the conversation Charlie took out his check book and wrote a check for a whopping $30,000 for one of the porn stars who he asked to join his “porn family.”

TMZ has the scoop:

We’re told Sheen — in a showing of good faith  — wrote a $30,000 check made out to “cash” and told the porn star to take it to the bank … and the money was hers.

Obviously, the porn star darted for her car — and when she got to the bank, the teller called Charlie AND one of Sheen’s business associates to verify the transaction. Luckily for the porn star, it cleared.

Well if Charlie lies with dogs he has to expect fleas.  He paid the porn start $30,000 but that was not enough for her she had to go and sell TMZ a copy of the check for more $$$$$.  What a nice person – does Charlie have any doubt why she was with him?  Again probably not!

So now Charlie is rehab – does he want to be there?  Probably not!  So my question is if he had a suitcase of cocaine delivered to his home why isn’t he in jail.  What am I missing here?
