Hey everyone, guess who just got engaged? No, not SelGo and The Biebz (c’mon people, they need at least another year or so to prepare for marriage) . . . Ricki Lake! While her big news might not garner a TV wedding special (like a Bieber/Gomez wedding would), the actress was overjoyed to share her happy news via Twitter earlier today.
“Thrilled to share some happy news with you….. I’m engaged! :)“
Not long after, she added: “The cat is out of the bag. Phew! I’m terrible at keeping secrets. :)”
Congratulations! Ricki and her man, jewelry designer Christian Evans, have been dating for little over a year now, but didn’t come out with the the status of their relationship until last May.
Wait, did we say jewelry designer? Yessiree we did. Guess who’s going to be getting a freakin’ spectacular ring. Uh, yep. Ricki Lake.
