Kim Kardashian plans to become a mayor in a few years – and no, you are not dreaming! They say it’s smart to make a five year plan – You know, “In five years I want…to be married…have a baby…” – whatever. We already know that Kim is not one to do things small scale, (and that marriage thing just isn’t working out) so her five year plan? She’d like to be the mayor of Glendale, California!
In an unaired clip from Khloe and Lamar, Kim and Khloe Kardashian are driving around aimlessly as Kim explains her plan: “I decided I’m going to run for the mayor of Glendale. I have to buy a house there. Noelle and I are, like, looking into all the requirements.”
Let’s just hope she is joking around. Mayor? That would require more than buying a home there. Like becoming well-versed in local politics and understanding the real needs of the working-class residents. She’d likely have to give up life on reality television because let’s face it, a politician’s life in the trenches is nothing any of us cares to watch for 30 minutes on camera each week. Generally politicians seem to shy away from publicity in their personal lives. That just doesn’t sound like the Kardashian way of doing things, now does it?
Truthfully, it wouldn’t be the first time that an unlikely celeb character took office. Arnold Schwarzenegger did it with success, as did Jerry Springer. And what about the great communicator himself – Ronald Reagan!
