Tonight’s episode: Opens up with Carlos Santana and Santana performing to kick off Latin week.

Jaleel White and professional dancer Kym Johnson dancing the Samba

Judges Comments: Len: One of the keys to the Samba is rhythm and I’ll tell you what you had it written at your hips hip hip hooray. Few liberties with the technique but what a great start to the show. Well done! Bruno: You got the party started and Len was right you got the wiggle it was unstoppable. You’ve done this before, right? Carrie Ann: Last week I told you your movements were a little laid-back. This week you attacked I will tell you something you are good dancer. Watch your arm you will be perfect! Good job!

Scores: Carrie Ann: 8 Len – 8 Bruno: 8 = Total 24/30

Melissa Gilbert and professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy dancing the Salsa

Judges Comments: Bruno: What I like about you is you always go maximum thrust and plenty of fire. The thing is the dance is very very fast and you have to be on it precisely. Listen to what I say – you put a lot into it – you have to control what you’re doing. You have to go with that and control it. Carrie Ann: I want to say something to you, it’s beautiful to see how much confidence you have gained over the past four weeks. It’s really so beautiful to see that because I know it does not come natural. You are looking fierce and sexy you are owning it. Bruno is right though there is an element of control that is lacking. I think because you take steps that are too big for you. Len: The dance had two parts I saw greats rhythm but on occasion I saw some untidy steps. There were some excellent good parts then there were some parts not so good but overall I enjoyed it!

Scores: Carrie Ann – 7 Len – 7 Bruno 7  Total – 21/30

Maria Menounos and professional dancer Derek Hough dancing the Salsa.

Judges Comments: Well that was hot okay – that was fantastic. You guys had the lombada, the salsa you had it all going on. I don’t think you needed the kiss, it was a sell out. Dancing is about the illusion. Len: I tell you what I though two things were revealed Derek’s body and your talent. You are a terrific dancer. Good job! Bruno: Three questions: 1) Was it legal 2) Do you want me to get you a room 3) Can I join in. Saucy and hot, just the way I like it. Fantastic!

Scores: Carrie Ann – 9 Len – 9 Bruno -9 – Total 27/30

Katherine Jenkins and professional dancer Mark Ballas dancing

Judges Comments: Len: It was like a rose on the outside and the inside was like the thorn sharp and thorny. It was excellent! Bruno: Dancing amd choreography of the highest quality. It was played to perfection. Carrie Ann: You came in and did that first lunge it was perfection. Your legs are the best I have ever seen in any contestants in any season it was poetry in motion. I loved it. It was fabulous!

Scores: Carrie Ann – 10 Len – 9 Bruno – 10 – Total 29/30

Gavin DeGraw and professional dancer Karina Smirnoff dancing the Samba.

Judges Comments: Bruno: I don’t know whether to laugh or cry – get back to the the boat. Are you suffering from tropical fever somewhere between bad and delirious. With all the madness I actually enjoyed it. I actually enjoyed it really. Carrie Ann: I like the way you just go for it. I have to tell you are lacking a little bit of form. It was hard to kind of tell what it was. It was more of a struggle then a samba. But I love that you tried it and that you are so joyful all the way through. Len: Well to be honest with you, Gavin it was more of a shamba than a samba. But I’ve got to say [crowd boos] bring it on I can take it everybody’s booing Len. This is a hard dance and it was a gallant effort well done to you

Scores: Carrie Ann – 6 Len -6 – Bruno – 7 – Total 19/30

William Levy and professional dancer Cheryl Burke, dancing the  Argentine Tango.

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: Wheww….hot, I’m gathering myself, that was ridiculously amazing. You are the Latin dancing James Bond. Len: I saw movement, I saw passion, I saw sensitivity I thought you did really really good! Well done. Bruno: I saw throbbing intensity sexy, sexy, sexy!! Good job!

Scores: Carrie Ann – 10 Len – 9 Bruno – 10 – Total 29/30

Gladys Knight and professional dancer Tristan MacManus dancing the Samba.

Judges Comments: Len: what you are Gladys is easy on the eyes you have a naturalness about you, musicality, it was simple, but it was effective well done. Bruno: I loved it. You play to your audience you have incredible stage presence. When you are yourself and take the stage you are magical. Carrie Ann: you had a few tiny mistakes but there is something about watching you dance there’s a reason why you are the legend you are. While you are out there you command the stage. Your feet were working at I just loved it!

Scores: Carrie Ann – 7 Len – 7 Bruno – 8 – Total 22/30

Roshon Fegan and professional dancer Chelsie Hightower dancing the salsa.

Judges Comments: Bruno: you are a wild force, an exuberance and energy your timing is unbelievable. You just hit it all the time. Right on the beat you never lose it. Carrie Ann: you’ve got your own mojo, you’ve got your own thing going on. You are sexy in a Disney way. It was very appropriate for you. I like that you did not get all crazy you stayed you. You are on the top of the beat all the time. Beautiful dancing! Len: I like your enthusiasm, you’re like a the young guy with his first car full on speed and attack. But sometimes you just have to slow down and enjoy the journey. Occasionally less is more so just calm yourself.

Scores: Carrie Ann – 9 Len – 8 Bruno – 9 – Total 26/30

Donald Driver and professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd dancing the Argentine Tango

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: That was divine. You are so smooth, there was so much technique needed in the lifting and you mastered it all. You are so in control with. You were just in control all over the place. Len: I almost agree with Carrie Ann – I thought the lifts were spectacular. The rest of it nearly but not quite. I do apologize. Bruno: Naturally I have to say the buildup was amazing. You built up so much and I was expecting you to carry it on like that. But you interrupted the flow. But overall I liked it good job!

Scores: Carrie Ann – 10 Len – 8 Bruno – 9 – Total 27/30
