Demi Lovato Leaving The X Factor – Fighting With Simon Cowell

Demi Lovato’s days as an X Factor mentor and judge are numbered.  Rumors have been swirling about Lovato’s unbearable attitude and all around annoying personality.  The latest comes directly from Simon Cowell’s mouth.  In an interview with People magazine Simon is asked whether or not Demi will be getting the chopping block to which he replies, “It’s that time of year [when] you’re always going to get asked that question. And I’m not going to answer it. She really, really is a tough little thing. I know she plays the ‘I’ve been bullied’ [card] – trust me, this one gives as good as she gets.

The “I’ve been bullied card”?  I like it.  It definitely makes sense as I’ve seen, read, and heard countless interviews about how she was bullied and yet in the same interview she says things that make her seem like a bully herself.  I’ve watch the banter between Lovato and Cowell and I’ve gotta say it takes awhile before she lets up.  She’s got to have the last word and yet she does in fact talk about how she was bullied.  Awww, my friend, I think you should think twice before bullying the hand that feeds you.  Simon is only going to put up with your mouth for so long and at this point your childish mannerisms are what keep me from watching X Factor regularly.

I do not doubt that your days in that seat are numbered and I would be completely surprised if your contract was renewed for another season.  Perhaps Simon thought your stint in rehab for mental exhaustion and cutting was a draw for viewers.  Maybe at the beginning it was, but now that we’ve seen that you are not the innocent victim you pretended to be the interest has definitely faded.

Hey, I liked Sunny with a Chance.  Unfortunately, I don’t want to see the same immature character critique these people who put themselves out there and perform their hearts out.
