RECAP:  Tonight it is going down, the amateurs are going big or going home. They are taking the big stage with songs from the big screen and if they make it through this week they go to the live show.

Jennifer Nettles and John Glosson perform “My Heart Will Go Own” from Titanic.

Superstar Comments: Kelly thought John did a good job. Robin thinks John sings from his heart, it looked like he and Jennifer were singing together for ten years. John thought his voice sounded gorgeous.

John is first on the Duet’s Chart, ’cause he was the first to perform.

Kelly Clarkson and Jordan Meredith perform “Take My Breath Away” from Top Gun.

Superstar Comments: Robin loves her sultry sexiness, a lovely voice but something was missing, her breath wasn’t taken away.  Jennifer thought it was really cool with a country spin. John thought it was beautifully arranged, it felt good but the beginning didn’t come in strong.

Jordan places second on the Duet’s Chart.

Robin Thicke & Olivia Chisholm perform “Staying Alive” from Saturday Night Fever.

Superstar Comments:  John felt the power tonight, he loved the dancing. Kelly loved how comfortable she was, she loved it. Jennifer loved the song choice, it was super fun a showcased a different side to her voice.

Olivia lands second on the Duet’s Chart, she bounces Jordan to third place.

John Legend and Bridget Carrington perform “What’s Love Got To Do With It” from, well I have no clue since Quddus didn’t say, maybe he didn’t know either?

Superstar Comments: Kelly didn’t feel like this song went anywhere. Jennifer gave her the highest compliment, she forgot that she was judging. Robin thought it was her best performance.

Bridget jumps to the number two spot on the Duet’s Chart and is officially moving to next week’s live show.

Jennifer Nettles & J Rome perform “I will Always Love You” from The Body Guard. (damn these two give me chills)

Superstar Comments: Kelly thinks he is so good and had no reason to be nervous. Robin really felt that J Rome was in love with Jennifer, his career is just unstoppable. John thought the performance was beautiful.

J Rome pushes to the number one spot on the Duet’s Chart, he’s safe this week.

Kelly Clarkson and Jason Farol perform “Come What May” from the movie Moulin Rouge.

Superstar Comments: Robin calls Jason a young Hugh Hefner! He missed the tone with this song and would have preferred a different song for him. Jennifer heard a little bit of pitchy things, but otherwise it was great. John thought he look great, but the vocals was too low for him.

Jason’s standing on the Duet’s Chart is number six, he is on the bottom and will be singing for his life with Jordan.

Final standings for the night:
