Tonight on ABC is an all new episode of GREY’S ANATOMY. Tonight’s show is called “Love Turns You Upside Down” and on tonight’s show The new batch of interns find themselves involved in all the drama at Seattle Grace: Meredith asks Heather to go above and beyond to help fix Derek’s hand. On last week’s show Cristina and Owen continued to figure out their relationship amidst the pending lawsuit; and Bailey argued with Ben over plans for their upcoming nuptials. Meanwhile, Callie recruited Jackson to help find a solution to Derek’s hand, but he was preoccupied by a shocking situation with April.
On tonight’s show the new batch of interns find themselves involved in all the drama at Seattle Grace: Meredith asks Heather to go above and beyond to help fix Derek’s hand; Cristina starts a healthy competition between Stephanie and Leah, which inadvertently leads to a medical emergency for Cristina’s patient; Alex sees Jo in a new light as they work to save a baby’s life, and April teaches Shane a valuable lesson during “lumps and bumps” duty.
Guest cast on tonight’s show includes Neve Campbell as Liz Sheperd, Camilla Luddington as Jo, Gaius Charles as Shane, Tima Majorino as Heather, Jerrika Hinton as Stephanie, Tessa Ferrer as Leah, Graham Sibley as Noah, Laila Ayad as Laura, Julie Wittner as Mrs. Crossley, Sean Donnellan as Mr. Crossley and Alyssa Preston as Kimmy’s Mama.

Live Recap:
Meredith starts with her voiceover, declaring that most people hate hospitals but not interns. It’s a place where dreams can come true.
Meredith tells Cristina that the interns look so happy. They can hardly believe it. The interns are excited. Dr. Oh deadpans and tells that runs are in 5 minutes. The interns introduce themselves to each other while discussing the doctors who have been spying on them.
Cristina and the interns discuss with parents the condition of their daughter who needs a heart. They get to take her daughter home while she waits for a donor. Dr. Yang decides to name one of the interns “Perky”.
The doctor’s take turns ordering around the interns who keep trying to suck up to the various doctors.
Two men come into the O.R. They believe they’ve killed Big Foot. They shot and ran over Big Foot. Big Foot turns out to be a man.
A 15 year old has gone into labor and isn’t breathing . Dr. Wilson momentarily isn’t sure but then starts giving orders.
The men thinks “Big Foot” wanted to get shot because of what he had on. The man says not to dare cut his suit because it was Army issued, good for camouflage.
The baby girl suddenly has an attack and needs more medical care. The doctors try to bring the little one back to life.
The doctor’s have successfully saved the life of the baby girl with the heart condition.
Shane deals with a patient who has a growth on her bottom. He enlists the help of Jo as he’s disgusted. She’s disgusted as well and is not going to do it. The interns then have a bonding moment discussing the events of the past few hours.
Heather is relegated to just answering Meredith’s phone messages.
Stephanie receives a call declaring that a heart maybe available. She has to tell them that one of their kids has gotten worse and moved to the transplant list and the heart will be going to him, not the other child.
Stephanie gets to scrub in on the transplant which annoys Leah.
Meredith tells Heather to forget that she found out about her pregnancy. She tells her Congrats.
Alex doesn’t think the “Princess” Wilson understands what it takes to be a doctor.
The parents are discouraged as they watch their baby die because her heart is weakened.
A woman is being hung upside down by her husband. Every time he puts her down, she starts to lose consciousness. He wants a real damn doctor.
The interns each funk out diagnosing what is wrong with Derek’s hand. Ross gets selected to be on the surgical team.
Stephanie and Leah argue in front of the woman who has the nerve damage.
The 15 year old mother tries to leave. Jo gets into a physical fight with the mother as the teen daughter tries to leave. Alex pulls her off. Alex says she can’t go around assaulting patients. She says her mother left her at a fir station when she was a kid, bouncing between foster homes and even living out of her car. He can’t admit she was wrong about her. So, he compliments her on hr watch.
Owens bans Stephanie and Leah from the O.R. until further notice.
