Kate Middletonand Prince William want a baby and they know how to achieve their goal. Their first wedding anniversary is fast approaching and if today is any indication, perhaps Duchess Kate and Prince William DO have a bit of baby fever! The young couple was seen oohing and ahhing over a small baby at an event honoring South Pole trek soldiers at Goldsmiths Hall in London.
Kate tickled the three-week old tots tummy as baby Hugo’s father, Vic Vicary, enjoyed his view of the duchess. Ironically, it was her husband, Prince William that actually held the infant. His broad smile while cradling the baby is what made onlookers suspect that a baby might just be in the royal works after all.
On April 29th The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will celebrate their first anniversary after an extremely busy year. They have traveled, participated in numerous royal appearances and adjusted to life as a new married couple. They also spent six weeks apart earlier this year.
Many royal watchers have spent the year speculating on when the couple would announce that they are expecting their first arrival. It seems every other day there is new speculation arising. As of today, the official word is that the princess is not pregnant. After watching her beam at baby Hugo, it looks like good news could be coming soon.
