Very few people manage to make as much money off of losing weight as the Kardashian sisters do! The latest issue of Life & Style Weekly chats with Khloe Kardashian on her recent slim-down that happened right before taking the stage to co-host The X Factor. The reality star has enlisted the help of Gunnar Peterson and confides,

“I’m working out consistently, three to five days a week.  I’m not where I want to be…but it’s a lifestyle change.  I’m just changing my diet slowly. If I do too much too soon…I know I’ll go back and binge eat — and cry. [Staying in shape] is always going to be a lifelong thing for me.”
