Kris Humphries Asks Judge To Put Divorce Trial With Kim Kardashian On TV

Kris Humphries is requesting that the judge in his divorce with Kim Kardashian allow the proceedings to be aired on Television. When Kim filed for divorce after just 72 days of marriage Kris decided to make a counterclaim seeking an annulment. Kris claimed that he was frauded by Kim – that she married him only to boost ratings of her reality TV show and that she never intended to remain married to him.

So Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, ostensibly want to clear Kris’ name by having the contentious divorce proceedings made into reality TV. What Kris is really angling for is more publicity – who but a famewhore freak would want their divorce on TV? Let’s face the facts – Kris was the one who proposed to Kim in the first place and he knew full well what was going on. Apparently a major problem in the marriage was that Kris wanted to live in a rural setting in Montana while Kim insisted on life in the big city. Well we say that Kris is just as much of a liar and phony as Kim. You don’t marry Kim Kardashian one day and expect to wake up to a quiet life in the country the next. Let’s face the facts – nobody who wants to enjoy a rural lifestyle in Montana marries the biggest famewhore on this planet, Kim Kardashian.

We certainly hope the judge agrees to allow the divorce trail to be televised – not because it will make Kris look good and Kim look bad – but because it will show the world how we have been taken in by them both! I doubt that Kim will object to her divorce being turned into reality TV. One thing Kim has proven beyond a doubt is that there is no such thing as BAD publicity.

TMZ has the exclusiveThe Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce has become a bitter fight, and we’ve learned Kris’ lawyer intends to put reality TV on trial … but that could blow up in his face.  Sources tell us … Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to “expose the M.O. of reality TV” by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show.

Now here’s the irony. The duo wants to prove their point by asking the judge to allow TMZ and TV stations to broadcast the trial — something that the judge might find a tad hypocritical … not that we’re complaining.

TMZ broke the story … Kim filed for divorce on grounds of “irreconcilable differences.” Kris has countered that he wants the marriage annulled based on fraud.  Kris has a couple of problems with the fraud claim. First of all, he’s the one who proposed. Second, the publicity has made him famous and marketable and he’ll make millions more than he would have otherwise.

The only objections we expect from Kim about having the divorce televised is that they she won’t get paid for it.
