If there’s a time to smash your head against your keyboard until it breaks (or forms a new Twilight novel), now would be such a time. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted together for the first time since the cheating scandal that rocked the world. According to Hope Carson at Celebs Gather, “The apparently reconciled Twilight lovebirds enjoyed a romantic dinner at their favorite restaurant, Soho House.” If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it isn’t always a duck.
We reported here on Celeb Dirty Laundry a few days ago that Pattinson and Stewart were “rekindling” their romance due to forceful contractual obligations by the Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 producers and the Summit production company. We still believe it’s a case of smoke and carnival mirrors. According to Hope’s source, an excited fan tweeted from the restaurant, “In Soho House celebrating my sister’s birthday and now I realize that Robert and Kristen are here at a dinner with friends.” On the 30th of September, another Twihard tweeted at a fellow fan, “Sorry to randomly bother you, but did [you] happen to see or hear if Pattinson and Stewart were at [S]oho as well?”
The Twihard fan replied, “Yep.”
One sighting could still be a schizophrenic delusion; two sightings could still be a shared mass hallucination, but three sightings? That’s the ménage-a-trois of celebrity spotting. Pattinson gave Stewart a one month trial-run; much like you’d give a one month trial-run to the B-movies on Netflix. Are they together again? Is this the moment the world was waiting for? Is it a form of bird spotting? Is it all a lie? We all know Breaking Dawn Part 2 is being hyped more than a miracle cure for Ebola, but a Pattinson/Stewart spotting so close to one of the biggest cinematic releases in history? Not even humanity’s existence is that coincidental.
