A man claiming to be Lindsay Lohan’s boyfriend is stating that Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, put him in an awkward position when Lohan staged an impromptu intervention at Lindsay’s Beverly Hills house last Friday. Josh Chunn, a former member of the University of Louisiana Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns cheerleader squad, confirmed that he and the troubled Mean Girls actress have a love thing going on. “I’ve been trying to get Lindsay to focus. But how do you get her to focus with all the stuff going on around her? I can barely focus,” Chunn told the Daily News.
Yes, I can imagine how hard it is to get an alcohol and cocaine addict who’s been to rehab no less than three times and arrested at least half a dozen to “focus”. And as far as Chunn, I’m not sure he has any credentials of any kind to help Lindsay with her addictions and troubles. As far as we can tell, Chunn doesn’t have experience dealing with addicts or any education of any kind having to do with the psychology of addicts. His current job? A personal trainer. Yes, a personal trainer. It would be like the blind leading the blind.
Chunn’s name emerged Friday when Lohan’s father, Michael and a “team of experts” tried to take her to a rehab facility 100 miles away. Chunn was originally the unidentified man who, at the door, turned the group away, according to reports. Since that crazy-ass attempt at an intervention didn’t work and resulted in Lindsay filing a restraining order against her dad, Lohan is now trying to do Britney Spears-esqe conservatorship.
TMZ claims Lohan will meet with lawyers to begin the process of a conservatorship because he believes Lindsay is using drugs again and will end up dead. Miraculously, he doesn’t want to be the conservator himself in case he is accused of trying to steal her money. And I believe it, I really believe Michael doesn’t want Lindsay’s money. I just believe he wants to be as famous, or should I say, infamous, as Lindsay. It seems just as many times as Lindsay’s been in the news, her father is right there with her, riding her coattails.
Meanwhile the actress’ siblings have spoken out, claiming he is spreading lies about Lindsay and their family. Michael Lohan Jr., states:
”I think it’s unfortunate that the public had to be unwittingly invited into the lives of my family members due to my father’s lies.” He added the other children, Ali and Cody, are no longer associating with him.
As for Chunn, he still has high hopes for his supposed girlfriend, Lindsay.
“She’s a strong girl. She’s cleaning up,” said Chunn, “I just want her to be okay. I want us to be okay.”
