When former Lost star Matthew Fox moved to Bend, Oregon in 2010, he probably was hoping to get away from the LA limelight, but it looks like even in the sleepy Pacific Northwest, the 45-year-old actor can still command headlines with his reckless behavior.
According to TMZ, Matthew was arrested at 3:23am last Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence. Reportedly, there was another passenger in the car with him, and they were on the way to a fast food restaurant to grab some late-night snacks. (Even TV stars get the munchies, it seems!)
Supposedly, although the actor was booked, there is currently no mugshot available, as the police station’s camera was broken, so Matthew will have to return to get his photo taken.
This is not Matthew’s first run-in with the law, either. Back in August 2011, he was accused of punching a female bus driver in the chest, as he boarded a party bus for a private bachelor party.
