Paris Jackson Reveals True Feelings To Oprah About Michael Jackson’s Death

Paris Jackson Reveals True Feelings About Michael Jackson's Death To Oprah 0606

In a new interview with Oprah, Paris Jackson is opening up about her feelings over her father, Michael Jackson’s, tragic and untimely death three years ago. The 14-year-old reveals the death is still difficult for her and her two brothers, Blanket and Prince, to deal with. In a teaser clip released by Oprah’s show, the stoic beauty says, “It never gets any easier.”

The Oprah’s Next Chapter interview will air Sunday on the OWN network. In addition to speaking about her father, the Daily Mail reports Paris will open up about her blossoming acting career. The King of Pop’s only daughter has expressed interested in following in his footsteps and becoming a performer. She and Prince have been spotted at acting classes and Paris has recently signed on to star in the upcoming movie Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys.

But not everyone in the Jackson family is particularly excited about Paris’ career path. Aunt Janet Jackson has made comments that she’d like her niece to shy away from the spotlight until she’s a little bit older and wiser. “We’ve spoken about the fact that you’re only a child once,” she told Prevention magazine. “I think there’s a time for everything, and now is not the time [to act in films]. I told her I thought she should enjoy being a kid, possibly go to college or not, but wait until she turns 18. She’s a very tough, smart girl. But it’s a cut throat industry. I wouldn’t want my child to do it.”

It seems like Oprah just did an interview with Paris and her brothers. I think that was during the last season for her talk show. It must have got good ratings because she’s bringing those Jackson kids back to help with her struggling network rating woes. The Daily Mail said her network has lost over $330 million so far. That’s nuts! Do you think Oprah’s using the Jackson kids because they are such an easy ratings booster?
