Prince William put down money as a ‘gift’ to help Kate Middleton’s already wealthy parents buy a new home. Yes, the royals have so much money that they are, well, as rich as kings and queens! William received about ten million British pounds, or $16,000,000 on his 30th birthday, so apparently he has money to blow.
According to Us Weekly, Prince William sees Kate’s parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, as his own and cares for them so much that he helped pay for their new pad. Aww, how sweet is the Prince in shining armor! A source told the magazine, “He sees her parents as his own and he wants to help out in any way he can.” Now isn’t that just over the top?
Kate’s parents are planning to buy a seven bedroom property, near their current property in Bucklebury, Berkshire. The Georgian manor they’re planning to buy has 18 acres of land and stunning views. We’re expecting this little corner of the planet comes with a very, very steep price tag.
William and Kate have decided to buy their own property recently and Will is planning to shell out about five million pounds from his ten million pound inheritance. They’re planning to move within striking distance of London so that they can be close to both sets of “parents”.
The couple is currently living in Anglesey and according to a source, “They’re not scouring websites and calling agents all the time.” They are merely keeping their eyes peeled.
