Report: Will Smith And Jada Pinkett Smith Divorcing Or Apologizing For Scientology? 1008

I feel like I write this post every few months. There’s just something about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith that people don’t always buy. Are they just a Hollywood partnership or are they really in love? And after besties Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes split this summer most thought Will and Jada would follow but they fought through it for a few more months. But the divorce rumors are rumbling again because of what Jada’s saying on her Facebook page so here we go for round 10.

MediaTakeOut started these latest divorce stories by insisting Jada’s hinting at it on her Facebook. “We’re not exactly sure WHAT is going on . . . but Jada and Will may be SPLIT!! First Jada was on Facebook asking people to send PRAYERS for her marriage. Then a few days ago she was talking about being ‘abandoned’ by a lover.”

In her latest cryptic post, Jada wrote: “I am on a tremendous journey of great change in every area of my life and I see how change can be scary. For instance, how Will and I raise our family is a tremendous change from the norm. It can be scary for some folks but it should never THREATEN how anyone else chooses to raise their own children or how they choose to live their lives. We all have the freedom to CHOOSE to live how we want.

“The freedom of choice is the crux of happiness. We are not here to live up to another’s approval. Take responsibility for YOUR life, YOUR values, YOUR beliefs and expect NO ONE to hold that banner for you or to prove it RIGHT. When we do THAT…what someone else is doing won’t matter so much. Remember…one day you will die.  Don’t waste a moment simply fearing to live because of what someone may think about it. Live and…let live!!!!”

First off, Jada has way too much time on her hands. Mothers of three need to get off Facebook. I’m sorry but people just need to go on more walks or something. But also, this last post doesn’t seem like break-up confidential to me. I’m getting a Scientology vibe. Didn’t they build a Scientology school for their kids but played it off that it wasn’t really Scientology? I remember reading that somewhere. So I’m not feeling divorce – at least not yet. I bet Jada’s just depressed. Her kids are growing up and doing their own thing and need her less and less. I’m sensing some empty nest depression if nothing else.

Do you believe in the Will Smith And Jada Pinkett Smith divorcing story? Is Jada apologizing for Scientology or is she just Facebook happy?

My opinion on the Will/Jada Scientology situation has always been this: Jada seems more into Scientology’s BS “study tech” and other supposedly “secular” aspects of the cult, and Will just goes along with it to keep the peace. Trouble is, Scientology is a greedy, all-or-nothing type organization, and it pressures members to get their spouses “on board” or else “disconnect” from them.

Everything above after “Trouble is…” is total falsehood and bigoted hate-speech that has nothing to do with reality.

I am sorry, but ANYONE associated with Scientology eventually becomes really messed up. My family was in it for years, felt the abuse, but stayed because we were told to. It ruined us. There is a huge group of us that was once loving, caring, and helpful to one another, and through Scientology’s disconnection policy our family was ripped apart. They told us we could not even talk to our children, and they are now hidden from us. What kind of “religion” does that? I very uch feel for Will and Jada. Once you get started down a road with a cult it is a very, very slippery slope. Look how it is ruined Tom Cruise’s life. 4 marriages, all dumped because of this. And trust me, Tom is just the very TIP of the cult iceberg.

After reading your attitude and hatefulness, I bet your family itself–no help from the church–wants nothing to do with you.

How much fun would you be at a turkey dinner?

Scientology is in a weird spot these days, as everything that is Scientology — Narconon (their vitamin/exercise cold turkey drug rehab), their brainwashing schools, their anti-psychiatry “human rights” organization, Hubbard’s hard-sell business training, all which funnel money back to the cult — isn’t supposed to have anything to do with the cult of Scientology.

The least we can hope for in these scilebrity splits, is that one breaks off from the grip of the cult, like Katie Holmes.

KeepOnLearning-please do not compare the religion of God to the cult of Scientology. Martin Luther was an honest, hard working man who bettered the world around himself. Scientology serves to make as much money as can be made from the most amount of people who will buy it. As a Scientologist, I am sure you understand, if you are indeed “better” for it, that to believe in an overwrought space opera regarding Xenu, puts you at odds with most sane, intelligent people. God is the Alpha and Omega, and His heart breaks each time someone turns away from Him to further their own ideology.

QuietPrayer, I love your screen name.
I’m sorry you’ve chosen to read so much hate-speech about Scientology. We’re hard-working people who likely share every moral value you hold dear. So there are far more important and factually dangerous forces to spend time on.
Pity you and I won’t ever sit down for a quiet chat about it someplace.
Very best to you and yours.
