He’s basically saying I’m not head over heels in love with Kristen Stewart as reported by tabloids and I can live without her should I choose to.
Basically he’s subtlely refuting what the gossip mags have been writing about him i.e. he is not pussywhipped and Kristen does not lead him by the nose.

After what she did in summer he’s entitled to say whatever he wants. He would be silly to say he’s head over heels in love when she’s obviously in search of cheap thrills. And yes – their epic relationship is meant to sell tickets.
