The third season of The Bachelor Pad airs Monday night at 8pm on ABC and we are in for a season that is completely out of control. Host Chris Harrison joins fifteen former The Bachelor and The Bachelorette contestants with some new “super fans” (identical twins, a martial arts fighter and a former Bachelor recapped). Together, all the contestants will battle it out for love and of course, the grand prize of $250,000.00.
In season’s past, Chris has always greeted all the new contestants before the drama begins, but not this year! The drama starts before Chris even has a chance to greet everyone.
Ben Flajnick’s rejects, Jaclyn Swartz and Rachel Truehart are none too thrilled to give Blakely Jones a warm welcome and use their very best backstabbing skills to put forth some pretty impressive fake smiles. I never really wasn’t that much of fan of Blakely but Rachel and Jaclyn seem like two of the nastiest women I’ve ever seen on reality TV.
Uber confident Kalon McMahon gets himself a new girlfriend, another of Ben Flajnik’s leftovers, Lindzi Cox. Although, the drama is so explosive in the pad that it reduces Kalon to tears and calling his mommy for support.
Kalon’s is not the only hookup; Ed Swiderski hooks up with Jaclyn Swartz and Tony Pieper with Blakely Jones.
Socialite and tiara-wearing reality princess, Erica Rose is back and lashes out at Michael Stagliano because he threw her out of his alliance. Erica even goes so far as bringing up his ex-fiancee, Holly Durst, saying, ‘Thank God Holly left you. You’re a nobody.” Will we see more of Erica’s outrageously spoiled antics, you bet!

At the very first Rose Ceremony, two newbies are eliminated. None of the newbies or “super fans” will make it past the fourth episode. A few contestants will leave the show on their own. Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum are back, but only to judge a rhythmic gymnastic competition. Kalon and Lindzi are still dating, they even went on a recent vacation together. Tony and Blakely are also still dating as well, although she hasn’t met his son yet.
