Although the whole ‘Angelina Jolie steals Jennifer Aniston‘s man and now her hotel’ thing is a bit old, Star Magazine continues to turn into a saga befitting an entire novel.
Their new headline claims that Angelina is ‘determined’ to do whatever is necessary to keep ‘reminding’ Jennifer that Brad Pitt is with her. Um, I think she already knows that from the billion tabloid covers and news items that come out every week.
Anyway, Star’s source expands on why Angelina decided to pick Jennifer’s favorite room at the Sunset Tower to stay in when she and Brad came to LA for a visit. Star’s source claims, “Angie likes people to think that Jen isn’t even on her radar. But the truth is, she will never stop being curious about her. She has been dying to sleep in the same bed Jen sleeps in. Part of her enjoys flaunting her family and proving that she won.”
The source also adds that Jennifer is ‘furious’, explaining, “She loves that suite, but now she isn’t sure she will ever be able to sleep there again, knowing Angelina was even in the same room.”
On the one hand, I do believe that Angelina is happy and proud of the family she’s managed to put together and maybe a small part of her actually feels like she wants to show it off. But I have a hard time believing that she was actually ‘dying to sleep in the same bed’ as Jennifer. That’s not showing off, that goes into Fatal Attraction territory.
