Tonight on AMERICAN IDOL the Top 10 finalists performed. First up tonight was Curtis Finch Jr. He had to sing a song performed by any past IDOL winner. Curtis decided to sing Fantasia’s “I Believe” for his song. Just in case you missed tonight’s show you can read our full and detailed recap here!
The judges had this to say about Curtis’ song. Keith Urban said he always picks the right songs because he knows who he is. He was singing above what he should’ve been. Randy Jackson said he loves the re-styling and he loves the jacket. He wants him to try something different, but he feels like he’s not seeing anything new. Mariah Carey said she was getting the choir feeling from him and she wants to hear more of the gospel-tinged songs.
