If you watched the Dancing with the Stars season 17 premiere, then you know this season’s cast is going to be one to beat. While we want to see Leah Remini do well this season, after seeing Sharon Osbourne tear up over Jack Osbourne‘s performance, we’re rooting for him to tear up that ballroom dance floor as well. We’ve learned that the next episode will be Latin-themed and will open up with an all-cast number choreographed by Sharna Burgees and Henry Byalikov.
According to the official announcement, the “themed evening will require each couple to perform a Samba, Jive, Rumba or Paso. At the end of the night, one couple will face the first nail-biting elimination. The first elimination is determined by combining the judges’ scores from the first two weeks with the public votes from premiere night.”
Who do you think will steal the show with their hot, sexual, Latin moves? It’s hard to tell so early who’s going to go all the way, but there are a few frontrunners who definitely have the required athletic ability, rhythm, and musicality to land themselves in the front of the pack. Corbin Bleu is probably one of the best, but we’re not rooting for him — because I think he should’ve been considered a borderline professional dancer and not allowed to compete on the show.
