I think everyone agrees with Sophia’s grandmother when she says that Farrah Abraham’s #1 priority is no longer the well-being of her daughter.
Stormie Clark, Sophia’s paternal grandmother, spoke to In Touch Weekly about Farrah’s recent behavior, including the porn tape and DUI arrest. Stormie stated, “My heart breaks because Farrah hasn’t been focused on Sophia’s needs for a while now. [Farrh] should be getting her daughter ready for kindergarten and teaching her the ABCs. Instead, [she’s] stripping at clubs and selling her porn video. She is all about fame and always will be.”
Stormie adds that she would love to take Sophia away from Farrah, explaining, “I would gladly take Sophia. What’s going on makes me sick.”
Well, first of all, how awesome of a name is Stormie Clark? Secondly, Stormie should get custody of Sophia if she wants it – any judge would be able to see that Farrah’s not a fit mother, and she shouldn’t have custody over such a small child. Sure, she can afford to pay for her daughter and she always uses her daughter as an excuse for everything she does, but there are other things a child needs.
Forgetting the psychological implications of growing up in front of the media, there’s also the fact that Farrah’s outside influences are starting to bleed into her personal life. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, and I wholeheartedly agree with Stormie Clark that Farrah’s priorities are not on her daughter, and therefore she shouldn’t have custody of her. Whether Stormie or someone else should have custody is up for another debate. I’m not loving the whole Stormie speaking to the media thing, but Farrah might have been ignoring her calls, for all we know.
