Jack Osbourne danced a Foxtrot, on the premiere of Dancing with the Stars season 17 tonight. Jack found out he had multiple sclerosis a year ago. Jack wants to use the show as a platform to help others afflicted with the disease. This season features DWTS shaking things up by transitioning to a one night, two-hour format. Beginning with the second episode on Monday, September 23, one couple will be eliminated at the end of the show by combining the judges’ scores from the first two weeks with the public votes from the previous week. Each episode will open with a “massive dance number” and end with a pair being eliminated, with the exception of the premiere.
Jack Osbourne and professional dancer Cheryl Burke: dancing a Cha Cha Cha. Jack tweeted this about dancing tonight, “Having a little COD Black Ops 2 therapy before the madness tomorrow #DWTS .”
Judges comments: Len said: “Jack I am telling you, you can dance. Good posture, you are going to give Kelly a run for her money. “ Bruno: “You were skipping along, you did it incredibly well.” Carrie Ann: “I want to know how Cheryl is feeling cause Momma bear is proud of her son. Jack you are a ballroom dancer, I was blown away.”
