Well, look at that. Just days after reports alleging that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s engagement had been called off, the couple decides to step out together in public.
We see what you’re doing, you guys. You could have just held a sign above your head that said ‘The tabloids are lying, we’re still together’. You could saved yourself a lot of time and effort.
Obviously, this was pre-arranged and decided upon. So with that in mind, what’s really going on? Clearly, Jennifer and Justin want us to think that they’re still together and still engaged. But what they want us to think is often different from the truth.
Yes, they are out and they’re together, so this leads us to believe that they’re still under contract. JK, JK, they’re still ‘together’. But are they still engaged? Well, the fact that they have yet to announce a wedding date or talk publicly about their wedding is a bit telling, isn’t it? Even Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who used to be the most wedding-shy people on the planet, are talking about their plans. So what’s going on with Jennifer and Justin?
Honestly, it could just be a case of Jennifer waiting for Brad and Angie to announce their wedding, and then trying to one-up them. However, it could also just be the fact that Jennifer and Justin are done, but Justin’s doing Jennifer a favor and letting her spin it her own way through the tabloids. I’m doing with Option B, just because it makes more sense when considering Jennifer and Justin’s relationship history.
