I guess Jon Gosselin is as serious as a heart attack about wanting his privacy. The one-time reality star recently began a new job as a waiter near Beckersville, PA and an ambitious photographer decided to follow Kate Gosselin’s ex home yesterday to get some great shots of him. According to TMZ the woman didn’t realize that one of those twisty turns took her off of a Pennsylvania and onto private property.
As she started putting that camera to good use Jon came charging at her, pulling a gun from the back of his pants. He screamed at the woman for being on private property and then she claims that he fired off a warning shot. The photog scrambled to get off of Jon’s property as he chased her to make sure that she wasn’t tempted to turn around and grab a few more photos.
This woman is supposedly going to file a police report against Jon at some point today. Do you think that she went too far? It’s certainly not the first time that a photographer was caught on private property and it sure won’t be the last either. While Jon wasn’t looking for any media attention and clearly had reason to be upset he also could be looking at a few different charges under PA law.
