If I were betting, I’d bet the latter, because how else do you explain this? Today, Justin Bieber decided to upload an Instagram picture of him and a fan, and then share it with the rest of the world. He was trying to make his ex-jealous!

There are so many things I want to say right now, so I’ll try keeping it together. First thing – yes, there are people out there who think Justin knows exactly what he’s doing, and no doubt this sort of thing will make his fans crazier and than ever. He’s saying – ‘See! The second thought that crossed my mind was boy, is he trying his best to get back at Selena Gomez. Unfortunately for him, he comes out looking like a desperate loser, whereas she’s been going on talk shows and charming the hosts and making fun of him. Is that what this is all about? Justin can’t stand to be made fun of by his ex-girlfriend?
