Kate Middleton is days or hours away from going into labor, and everyone connected to the royal baby is all in a dither about the impending birth. But is the baby birth causing friction between the Middleton family and the royals?

Well, we’ve covered this before, and the resounding answer seems to be yes. And according to the latest issue of Star Magazine, the feud’s not ending any time soon. The cover of Star has an article on ‘New Mom Kate’, with the subtitle, ‘Palace Tells Her Mother: Butt Out’.

Harsh? Well, maybe so, but it’s not exactly surprising. Carole Middleton and the royals have gone at it before, and each wants to stake their claim in Royal Baby Cambridge before it’s born. Whether it’s a boy or a girl, the child will be third in line to the throne. Can you imagine trying to raise the future Queen or King of England? The baby’s got good parents, but I’m more worried about the grandparents at this point.

One the one hand, there’s Camilla Parker-Bowles and Prince Charles. Charles barely has any idea what’s going on, but Camilla seems to desperately be trying to attach herself to the baby. And then you have Queen Elizabeth, who is obviously the Queen. And then on Kate’s side, you have Carole Middleton. You can bet she’s not leaving the delivery room when Kate does give birth.

Either way, it’s not surprising that the royals want Carole to butt out. Even though she’s the baby’s grandmother, this is the royal baby we’re talking about. They’re not going to let non-royals dictate anything important, which may be sad and unfair, but when it comes to monarchy, most things are sad and unfair.

What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments.

Everything this website reports is complete CRAP! First off the Queen is very inclusive of the whole Middleton family, something that she has never been willing to do with past non-royal in-laws! Diana Princess of Wale’s father worked for the Queen, lived on her Sandringham Estate (Diana was actually born there) and even they never got the event access the Middleton family does. The Queen is taking lessons learned from the past when people marry from the outside into the family (she and Prince Philip share all around so they never thought of having to include “outsiders” before), and she sees that Kate’s family are important to her so she allows them to come along for the days out that they have as a way to keep Kate from feeling cut off and shut out and preventing another case of the Fergie/Diana years when the monarchy was both at its height of popularity with the Princess of Wales, and dragged to its lowest point with Fergie getting caught having her affair, Charle’s and the “Camillagate” tapes, and ultimately the horrible death of the Princess. Anything that she can do to prevent that she is doing it, it is one of those simple shifts in the “Firm” that quietly has taken place. Just like the way they are now waiting to get married. Charles and Diana dated a very short period of time and because of the media he was told either marry her or break it off with her before he ruined her reputation- and so he married her. Sarah and Andrew knew one another a short period of time and they got married, just as Anne and Mark Phillips did years before- all of those marriages fell apart. But the new test came with the lesser known son Edward- who dated and was even allowed to live with Sophie for years before they married. That allowed them to see how well she stood media attention, if she could keep from spilling family gossip and if after seeing behind the curtain and how life really was if she would stick around or find it all too much- and all these years later they are still together and seem to be very happy so that worked, and then after that proved a success they stepped up to allowing the higher profile members to do the same, and Will and Kate are that first example. They dated, lived together, broke up, got back together, she was chased by media eveywhere she went and the whole time she never broke down in front of them, she never spilled secrets, she kept her cool and never cracked and after years of seeing how she did they were allowed to get married. And now this part of the family inclusion is an extention of that testing of the system.
