You’ll be surprised how many cases like this happen every day and the legal step father wins because shows he and his family are the best candidates, and biological father might have to pay child support, and biological mother, and half her assets to legal husband even if he signs because of signs of bulling, or forced to do it. Reality hurts, woman are not given the first word anymore men are winning a lot, because woman cant show proof of being able to care for themselves even with money, so in the laws eyes they loose everything maybe even visitation rights of the child that came out her butt.
