It would be easy to chalk up the separation of Kris and Bruce Jenner to the curse of reality TV, but that isn’t the whole or real story. Reality show or no reality show these two were never going to be dancing the funky chicken dance at their golden anniversary because Kris has no moral compass to speak of, and values fidelity just as much as she values privacy – she doesn’t. Kris’s history of cheating is well documented, mainly because although it was in poor taste (as is all things Kardashian) she detailed some of her scandalous behavior in her memoir Kris Jenner and All Things Kardashian. Kris proved that like her sex tape star daughter Kim Kardashian she likes to sleep around, but there is one man who she can’t let go of – Todd Waterman.
Kris and Todd met back in 1989 when she was still married to Robert Kardashian. After a night of drinking they sealed the deal in a friend’s closet in a night that Todd described as “magical”. Yeah that sounds real magical Todd – the stuff that dreams are made of. In her memoir Kris gave Todd the pseudonym Ryan and wrote that their affair was filled with, “Wild crazy sex all the time. We had sex in cars, sex on the tennis court, sex in the pool house, sex in the garage when we got home, sex up and down the stairs, sex everywhere, all the time.” Wow Kris I am sure your kids and future ex-husband thoroughly enjoyed that read.
Last year when Kris and Todd met up on camera for her dying show Keeping Up With The Kardashians it was clear that she was not over him. They acted like two fools fawning over each other, and when Todd whispered in her ear that he’s been waiting for her for 23 years – well that my Celeb Dirty Laundry friends was the moment Kris checked out of her marriage to Bruce.
We now know that Kris and Bruce have been separated for the last year – but why go public now? It is because Kris who was just in Mexico with Todd, is tired of hiding and ready to take their relationship public.
Kris and honesty rarely exist in the same room together, but it seems that she was being honest when she confided to a friend that she just wasn’t sure she wanted to continue to hang onto her marriage to Bruce and that, “maybe there is another chapter for me.” That chapter has now begun and judging by her past we can expect scandalous behavior and multiple men, because yes Todd she will cheat on you too – but don’t feel bad, she can’t help herself it is the Kardashian way.
