I think it was very obvious well over a year ago that Kris and Bruce Jenner were headed for a split. If you watched Keeping Up With the Kardashians then you’ll remember that even last fall these two seemed as far apart as any married couple could be and now we know why. That separation that they announced isn’t a new thing at all, they split up over a year ago and it was one of the many secrets hidden in the Kardashian family vault, at least until now.
According to the Oct. 21st print edition of US Weekly Kris insists that she and Bruce are still really good friends and that they are totally committed to the family. I have to wonder where both of them were while Kendall and Kylie Jenner partied like total badasses all summer long. Or how Bruce feels about Kris hand-feeding dirt on Lamar Odom to certain media outlets.
Supposedly they were never exactly a logical fit anyway. Bruce really likes a simple low-key life while Kris is all about fame and being the center of attention. The writing was probably on the wall for them to split once Kris successfully launched the Kardashian brand and pimped out each and every one of her kids for a nice chunk of cash.
