This latest issue of Star Magazine certainly has an interesting cover story. I have a difficult time believing some things from Star, but this latest story definitely rings truer than some. According to their leading headline, Kris Jenner has been hiding money from Bruce Jenner so she minimizes her losses in their divorce settlement.
According to Star’s source, “Kris and Bruce don’t have a prenup, and she’s been in a panic over losing much of their $175 million fortune to Bruce once they begin the process in the courts of getting a divorce.” The source also adds, “[Kris] has been switching as much of her own money as she can into the names of her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney, to keep it in the Kardashian family. She’s already planning to transfer $25 million in Kim’s name alone — and Kim has no problem with that. She’s just as greedy as her mom!”
You know, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was true. Kris has already proved that money has always been her #1 priority, and she’s clearly raised her children with the same values and ideals. Of course they would help her hide the money.
This week’s cover also has several other interesting stories. Apparently, LeAnn Rimes is cooking up a fake pregnancy in order to prevent Eddie Cibrian from leaving her. Desperate and pathetic, but it may just work.
Also, Star has a story on Angelina Jolie‘s rumored feud with Sandra Bullock, and why Angie hates Sandra. See, this is crap. Why can’t tabloids just let successful actresses be friends? Why do they have to turn everything into a catfight? For the record, Angelina and Sandra have been friends for almost twenty years, and their children have regular play dates – so I doubt that there’s anything to this story.
And finally, there’s also a story on the shocking new developments on Brittany Murphy‘s death, where it looks like she might have actually gotten murdered, not died from ‘health complications’ like the coroner initially stated. The conspiracy theories are going wild on this one, but we’ll just have to wait and see what new evidence is brought up.
