Nina Dobrev and Mark Salling were spotted out doing a pasta dinner with some friends — including Derek Hough and Chris Masterson — and now people are wondering if there might be something more between Nina and Mark than never ending bowls of pappardelle. The pals all went to eat in Chicago this past weekend after checking out the 2013 Lollapalooza Festival.
They all dined at HUB51 and Nina and Mark were quick to tweet about their great experience. Nina tweeted, “Mmmmm carbing up after a festival day of great music&dancing! This pappardelle pasta at RPM @hub51 is hitting the spot!”
Mark, perhaps trying to channel his infamous Glee character, said, “illest meal ever. much appreciation to @Hub51 #chicago #lolla #holla.”
Well, the good thing is is that these friends all seemed to enjoy their totally-sick-“ill” meals, but whether or not Nina and Mark are slowly becoming an item will remain a mystery. Nina recently broke up with Ian Somerhalder and, honestly, I don’t see these two dating. Mark and Nina just don’t seem like a good match, but sometimes opposites attract, and I guess time will tell.
