As George Clooney stays steadfastly single in the wake of his breakup with Stacy Keibler, she’s most assuredly not following his lead. According to a report from Life & Style, Stacy has already her next boyfriend, the millionaire Jared Pobre.
A source explains, “She’s dating millionaire Jared Pobre, and it’s pretty serious. She was in Europe with him and all over Italy a couple of weeks ago.”
You know, I actually predicted that Stacy would end up dating a millionaire when I saw her photographed with Naomi Campbell, the resident expert on how to land millionaire/billionaire boyfriends. The report also adds that Stacy and her ‘new man’ plan to go to the Burning Man festival next week, but wouldn’t it be way more fun if she decided to go to Venice, where the film festival is currently being held and where George Clooney’s holding court with his new movie Gravity.
Usually by now, George has already found his next girlfriend, especially when there’s a stacked awards season ahead of him. But there’s a first for everything, and George has so far not been spotted with any woman since his breakup with Stacy. Romantics will try to claim that it’s because he’s still not over her, which is ridiculous because he’s the one who broke things off.
Others will state that he’s not been able to find someone who suits his standards in such a short amount of time, which is also a possibility. It’s not easy being George’s girlfriend, you know! You have to be willing to never discuss marriage and babies, and you need to give up pretty much every semblance of having your own life to make sure you’re there for George. It’s similar to a full-time, live-in job, and the older George gets, the smaller the volunteer pool. Or maybe not. He is a world famous actor with millions of dollars. Maybe he’s just taking his time with this one.
